I've reserved online, by phone, and in-store, and every time the parts I need are already there or get there sooner than they say they will. I've even ordered gas tanks from them and it got there faster than Amazon can deliver (next day!). Don't play around with big parts online- you need a local retailer to help you handle returns and make sure you get the right stuff in the first place. You won't lose any time or money with NAPA, and specifically, this store has some machinery and staff in-house that can help you press-in bearings or whatever would make you bleed on your driveway.
