“I got a call from a salesman about coming and checking out their sale. I told the salesgirl that I could not afford to pay more than I'm already paying. She said for me to come in and that we could work with my payments that I'm already making, I went in and picked out a loveseat sectional totaled up to $1200 before taxes and finance charges. The first thing she said I would have to pay a down payment and I've ready been told that since I ha e been a customer of theirs for many years that I wouldn't have to pay a down payment cause I was excluded from that since they had just started that all customers was required to pay one then she went on and told me that my payment would go up only $10 well when somebody tells me that they will work with what I'm already paying means my payment will not go up so since I was required to pay a down payment and my payment would go up I had to turn arojnd and just leave with no purchase and I hates that too cause I could really use a new loveseat or chair to set in but can't do $10 more a month cause that means it be starting all over and refinancing everything's already have along with the new loveseat. If my payment would have been worked with I would have bought even though I would have been starting all over. I have shopped at Badcock long enough that I had done been told I would not be required a down payment nd my line of credit jas went up to $5000.00 with all that in mind why would you invite me to come shop and tell me that you could work with my payments when you can't?”

“We had to stop in to try and figure out how to level some ground where the rain eroded the ground and made it difficult for our pets to use the stairs. Luckily we were immediately greeted by Matt in the garden department. He showed us to the bags of gravel to level and provided drainage when it rains and then to the rubber mulch to make it safe and stable to step on. It's really awesome that this Home Depot has a young man who cares so much about his job and making sure customers get everything they need.”
