“I needed to purchase a lift recliner and had questions about the on-line order process. I called the store and the staff member was very courteous and able to answer all my concerns. The chair was delivered to the Cordele store on the anticipated date and I picked it up there. The process for pick-up went quickly and smoothly. The young man who helped us load was very nice.
