“I went online to rent a U-haul and was directed to Fast Trip in Dacula because they were the closest place to have the truck we needed. Although it wasn't where I initially expected to go, I'm glad I did. The person working at Fast Trip was very friendly and helpful. The truck and equipment were ready at the time promised - gassed up and ready to go. Check-out was super fast.”

“My favorite food to order is the chicken burrito, it's absolutely delicious & authentic! The owner is super sweet and so helpful. I know it might sound weird because it's in a gas station, but they are so clean and the food is amazing here. I've had other food as well. But definitely a great place to stop for authentic Mexican food.”

“This is pretty much a gas station, car wash and convenience store. I only go there for 2 reasons. One to get my truck washed or two to get my emissions during tag time. The full service car wash is decent. It's not spectacular or anything but your vehicle will look way better than it did before you went in.”

“I've been reading some of the comments and I just don't see it. I personally have a good experience at this location. Great breakfast biscuits. I would recommend that they do scrambled eggs rather than the flat manufactured, but the chicken biscuits is great.”

“It is really hard to rate a gas station, or let alone write a review about it. I don't have anything against any gas station, but I've come to realize that some are higher than others and Chevron is one of them. If I'm not mistaken (don't quote me) I think Chevron is generally 10 cents more than any regular station. Yet after doing a little research, they seem to have more of premium gas that tops a lot of other providers that justifies their prices. So they say. With the war with Russia and Ukraine, these prices are high!! I barely filled my truck up with $75. It went to the full line but was barely touching it. Service: Sometimes the service is really slow inside of the store, especially if one person is operating. You won't stay in the store too long though. If you go there often, you get to know their names, the ones who are serving you that is. They will also know yours if you go in quite often. Hindsight: In hindsight, they have quality gas, a little more expensive than other gas stations. You can look it up or research if you like. If you have a card membership with them, you'll save a little money but not much. If you like boiled peanuts, they have those also.”

“I wish I knew the name of the lady who worked the pharmacy drive-thru [ 8/19/21(Thursday;) 4:30pm-5:30pm ] (I have had her help me once or twice before but she is fairly new I believe)...anyways, she is awesome! Even though It was obviously busy, she was pleasant and helpful...its uncommon to come across quality service nowadays, she actually made my mood better by being so attentive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐???”

“When it comes to customer service. I rate this location 5 star. Keisha is an amazing manager. I had some real issues getting my photo books of my wedding completed. This was due to the site needing repairs to their machinery. Keisha kept me up to date on the progress of my photo books being completed. In addition she was apologetic and offered a discount on the final product. I am most appreciative to her and her staff. My aunt received her photo book and loved it. Thank you Keisha.”

“Been coming to this Shell for a minute. It's in the opposite direction from my house but I go out of my way to come here because my Jeep likes the gas better here. Other gas stations makes my Jeep stutter. Today the lady inside radioed out to let me know I had a tail light out. Headed straight to the AutoZone down the street. “The pharmacy tech who helped me greeted me pleasantly, and asked if I had any questions about my prescription. I had previously been using the CVS in Auburn, GA for many years, until its closure earlier this month. With the exception of one tech at the Auburn, GA location, who always went above and beyond in her wonderful attitude and helpfulness, I have never had a nicer experience at a CVS location than the one I had yesterday at the Jim Moore Rd. (Dacula, GA) location. I did not catch the tech's name, but he did a great job! If he is not already, he should be put in charge of training new employees on how to treat each and every customer with dignity and respect, which is a trait that is sorely needed in the employees at most of the large corporate pharmacy chains. I look forward to my next visit to the Dacula location!”
