“Our radiator failed during a road trip from Florida to South Carolina for a wedding. I-95 Toyota was nearby, and kindly fit us in for service. Unfortunately parts needed to be ordered, so we took advantage of their inexpensive rental options and made it to the family wedding in SC, then drove back Monday to retrieve our car. Shoutout to Ann for her empathy and excellent communication during what was for us a stressful event.”

“Ok so we were on a trip, the coolant light came on upon getting in the parking lot of this establishment the car started smoking and leaking. Had to wait on a tow. The technician at Oreilly came out asked if we were ok he also offered to take a look at the situation. He invited us in. I forgot his name but he had a well manicured beard. He continued to check on us. We were so appreciative. This is to thank him so very much. Keep shining your light Sir.”
