“Our radiator failed during a road trip from Florida to South Carolina for a wedding. I-95 Toyota was nearby, and kindly fit us in for service. Unfortunately parts needed to be ordered, so we took advantage of their inexpensive rental options and made it to the family wedding in SC, then drove back Monday to retrieve our car. Shoutout to Ann for her empathy and excellent communication during what was for us a stressful event.”

They removed the old battery and installed the new one for free. It was fairly quick and we were on our way, now with sone peace of mind.”

“Car smoking as I pulled into the parking lot of o’reilly’s. As I am from SC and immediately panicked ! I was so pleased and relieved to have everyone treat me so good and all were helpful. Even offering a chair for me to sit on inside while I waited for a tow truck and uber to go to pick up rent a car. They were all so understanding and nice. Would give more stars if I could. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!!”
