“My wife and I were about to give up looking for a car. We had driven over a hundred miles TWICE to chase down cars we thought we would like only to find out they were not as advertised. We also visited a few dealers here in town only to find overpriced junk and uncaring salesmen. A friend recommended South Central. I have to admit I was against going to another dealer. But we found a car that was exactly the make and model we were looking for, with no pushy salesmen. The car is in excellent condition and a fair price. We went for the payment plan but we wanted to try to come up with the money to pay it off. After a few days we found a way to pay it off. I asked them if we could get it for the cash price even though we had originally signed papers to finance it. They said no, and I understood and was still happy with the deal. But a couple hours later they called and said they would honor the cash price they quoted me. THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. This restores my faith in used car dealers. These folks are decent people that'll treat you right.”

“I recently purchased a 2005 F250 6.0 powerstroke from Georgia Carmart. After 3 days I realized an issue with the powertrain, and thought I was screwed because I had bought the truck from “a typical used car lotâ€. Well I found that the truth was far from that, after I contacted the dealership about the problem, I dealt directly with the owner, Eric. He treated me with respect that I thought could only be found at a Ford dealer. The issue was resolved promptly, and above and beyond my expectations. “I did not intend to stop here I pass it everyday several times a day. I'm always looking at my fantasy car in the gate on the side. I was getting ready to drive out of my city to another and broke down right in front of I Drive. The lady inside pointed me twords the man to see what happen to my truck. He fixed my truck was a complete gentle man and didn't charge me a dime. It could have and should have been at least $100 for his experience and repair. Not a dime did he accept. I noticed I need some other non related repairs done on my truck and he is now looking it over to give me a quote. Just because of his American Standards the first encounter I will be a dedicated customer and neighbor as well. They don't sell junk and if a problem with vehicles they work with to get fixed. Like Mr Johnson fix AC 2003 GMC and didn't even charge for parts.”
