“Seems decent for now since I had no choice but to be moved to this location. I do find it odd that this company owns most of the storage facilities in the area but they have different price depending. It's Ellijay guys no part is better than the other. When I got there there seemed to be a gate but it was a pain to get open when I finally got to my unit not even sure if it's climate controlled but there was a bunch of dead flies outside the unit. Just made me there was a body somewhere.”

“Convenient location a few minutes away from downtown Ellijay. Indoor climate controlled building with varying sized units to fit everyone's needs. Very clean and brand new rolling closure doors.Keith, Nicole, and everyone else who works for the facility are fantastic. The owners and staff are genuine people who care about their renters and their personal belongings. They are sincere when they offer help and follow through with their compassion. Not something you always see, especially in a rental business. Hands down, I would recommend them for someone looking for a clean, indoor unit with outstanding customer service!”

“My name is M. Smith, I recently rented a storage unit from bolt storage, late last night. It was right before dark when I got to my unit for the first time to check it out, before I started to move stuff in. When I arrived I couldn’t get in the code wasn’t working properly that I have been given. So I had to call the after hours customer service to get help to get in the gate. The lady I spoke to was super nice and helpful. She gave me another to get in without any problems. Then once I got in to unit I was assigned & the handle has been damaged from someone in the past. Again I had to call customer service to asked if they could assign me to another unit, due to the handle being damaged. I couldn’t open or close it good, it was very frustrating and difficult to close. Again the lady I spoke with was super helpful and told me to go to another unit and check it out to make sure everything was good and she would assign me to that unit. Customer service was very helpful and nice, thank you so much for everything & understanding! Here’s why the handle looked like!”

“The customer service is absolutely top notch. They are super fast and efficient both on the phone and by email. The pricing is great and all moving instructions as well. We had an issue when we got there because the keys weren’t in our storage room. We called them and they immediately picked up and figured it out for us with nobody physically present on the premises. It was fixed in 5 minutes!”
