“Tailor was honest from the start after I sent him pictures of dents in my tailgate and told me it is not even fixable by bending it back into place.
While another company Fix-a-dent Chattanooga told me they would fix it and it would be $800, which was proven to be a lie because it’s not fixable.
Tailor suggested local body shops to me and other options such as buying a new tailgate instead of bending back the dents saving me hundreds of dollars!
I highly recommend you take your dents to be fixed here! Great customer service and Tailor is very knowledgeable.”

“I’ve worked with this business for many years. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and their product offerings are extensive. If you need three ounces for a spray can or 30 gallons for an industrial project, I recommend them. Prices are very market based. Whitney mixed my paints and never misses. The whole staff are friendly and the vibe is small family store, but the stock speaks paint warehouse. Next time you need professional quality and support for your paint project, check them out.”

“I was stressed reading through these reviews because they were not good. My vehicle is factory matte painted and I had sun damage on the trim that was quite the eyesore. There aren’t many places in Chat equipped to fix matte paint. Even Maaco said no. But Mercedes recommended this place so I gave it a go. 5/5 on price. No hidden fees. The estimate was the price I paid. Another shop with higher reviews quoted me for twice the labor. And 5/5 for the finished product. My car is beautiful once again. It was even washed. Plus. No leftover trash like other reviews. And Nothing seems to have been tampered with. However They get a 4/5 because someone broke my keyring and the lady said that’s what it looked like when she got it. Accountability is everything and I can assure you my keyring was not damaged on Wednesday when I handed her my keys. It’s like someone used pliers on it or rolled over it. I acknowledge how minor this is, of course. But i just wanted to provide a thorough review. Would I recommend them for your matte painted car, absolutely. Thanks guys!”
“I’ve had several trucks that I get custom work done to… where paint matching and quality is most import. These guys have always done the best work.
More recently my wife has had a bad run of luck with people driving in to her car… and we have had two cars here to get worked on. Every time we have gotten it back it looks and drives brand new. Mechanical and body work has always been excellent. The small details like how trim is put back on, matching older parts, reassembly, etc… is what Capital collision goes above and beyond to make sure is perfect. The manager Rick and his guys are top notch.
I just got my 2025 F250 back from him where he fixed an issue on the door and corner panel, and did they did some paint matching of parts….It looks better than it did off the showroom floor. You won’t go wrong with Capital Collision.”

“What a great experience! After we had extensive front end damage when we hit a deer going 55mph on our less than one year old Jeep Wrangler, I was very concerned about finding a good body shop. I had done a lot of custom work myself to my Jeep (bumper, winch, lights, tow harness, supplemental braking system for towing, graphics, etc.) and was sure it would never be right again. After a quick (drop in) estimate, it was submitted to my insurance company and work started just days later! I was kept up to date on progress all along the way via text, and felt the timing to get it done was very reasonable. The day I went to pick it up I was shocked at how well the work was done, and all of my custom work had been replicated with the exception of one hard to find graphic, which they promised they would install once I located it. Both the original estimator (Aaron), and the regular contact (Susan) were attentive, friendly and listened well to my concerns and questions.
My original concerns were all for nothing. Classic Collision did an excellent job for us and I would recommend them with zero concerns. Thank you to the team there for excellent service and quality work”
