“Mr. Cox runs a great shop. When the guy who hit me was found liable, Mr. Cox worked with his insurance company to get and install all of the necessary parts/repairs and he did so in a timely manner. He was always available to take my calls and answer questions, and my truck truly looks as good as new. Every other shop I called told me it would be months before they could get me in, Mr. Cox got me in immediately and started on it within a week. I highly recommend”

“I had hit a flying piece of rubber on a freeway when traveling back from Virginia. This left a dark black scuff and did some damage to the front of my Subaru CrossTrek. I brought the car here and arranged for repairs. The bumper was replaced along with the other parts. The car looks brand new and the paint job was done with a lot of care. The color matches perfectly and the car looks brand new now. The office staff treated me courteously as well. Hopefully I won't need more bodywork in the future, but I would certainly call Advanced Collision first if I do.”

“They repaired my Nissan Altima through state farm insurance and did a great job.The experience with scheduling an estimate and repair was easy. The only problem was that there seemed to be memory issues when I arrived on time for the appointment. They had to search the schedule books to see that I was actually scheduled (it happened twice during the experience).Also, they charge very high in labor. 3/4 of the total bill made up of nothing but labor.”
