My requests on my reservations were not met. The non-smoking room we walked into smelled like cigarettes and weed. We saw a roach crawl across the floor.

My room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I got there and they wouldn't allow me to change rooms.Rooms: They smelled so bad I was seriously concerned about bed bugs.
