I had the Curry Chickpea sandwich and a Sunrise Smoothie. OMGoodness! That Chickpea sandwich was beyond good!! I can't wait to get another. They give you choices of bread options. I had the spelt and again, I'm ready for the next! The atmosphere there is so very Zen. I love this place, the food, and the team!”

“I went to the herb shop in Jonesboro and was surprised by how many different herbs, pills/vitamins and other products they have to help improve your health. Plus the owner was very down to earth and helpful in assisting me. Also it was fun to see him actually mix the different herbs together to make my own personalized tea mix. And when he told me they sold strainers too i realized it was a one stop shop for everything. I will definitely be back!”

“This establishment is run by wife and husband very professional and courteous. I am a truck driver, so I’m on the road a lot and usually there’s not a lot of food choices. So I try to eat healthy for the most part, They have great quality seamoss from st lucia, lots a delicious flavors to choose from, so good that you can literally eat it with a spoon right out of the jar. Guava and peach is my favorite, they have reasonable prices for the amount of seamoss you get. they also have great products inside the store, like soaps and oils, & the seamoss toothpaste is a must try, I highly recommend to give them a try.”

“I ordered the body healer and formula 262 for the piles I was having I was in some hateful pain and I thought I would never see a healing day no time soon until I order the aloe man formal it helped me a great deal all prays to you and thank you so much and because of this formula I didn't need to see a surgeon. “I stopped by Cakes By Keon for some slices of cake, I highly recommend the strawberry crunch cake. An employee at the counter told me they owned the restaurant next door and the food was really good. I was hungry, so I went over. The menu was limited, so I decided on a whitening fish sandwich with fries. After about 10-15 minutes, my food was ready. I wasn't expecting a piece of fish and 2 slices of bread, but then again, it was only $10.99. The fries were overdone, and I barely ate them. I also purchased a lemonade to drink. I really wish it was fresh squeezed since it tasted like Kool-aid lemonade. Overall, I'm glad I supported two black businesses. Definitely stop by if in the area.”

“For years this used to be another health store...Rainbow Natural Foods... they were okay and carried many products but underwhelming, uninspired and dated. Customer service was okay but a bit dry. I would just go to get my vitamins and herbal supplements. After many years, eventually they closed. Somehow I was still sorry to see them go as they had been there so long.A few years later, here is now Nuts and Berries instead. I liked shopping there. Fresh look, friendly helpful staff, varied products, decent prices, a freezer section, clean look, cool atmoshere, jazz playing in the background for a vibe.They also had a Souper Jenny so I got some lunch too. The food was fresh and tasted so good. I really did like the experience of Nuts and Berries. It's a sweet place to browse and pick up a few things.”

“I love this Smoothie King! I've been to many Smoothie Kings all over the city and this one is my favorite. I pass by others to order from this one. It's clean. The staff is friendly, hard working, and care to provide a good experience. My smoothie is always made correctly (even with extra add-ins) and blended well. I use the app to order and my order is always ready when I get there. They are consistently great!
