“I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I appreciate the fact that each week there is a new product on sale as well. I was able to purchase my favorite hookah of all times for huge discount on the product of the week. I absolutely love it. I would have never purchased it if someone inside the store hadn’t explained to me about all the pros and cons. I was sold and still don’t regret my purchase! Now I go in just to see what’s new on sale. It’s a great place to shop!”

“This is a great cigar lounge. I am from NY and I’m down here for about eight months, working on a construction project. I found this place on the internet, and this is my second visit. Good selection of fresh cigars, great, helpful staff, and super friendly customers. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Other customers reached out and introduced themselves. “Really nice Cigar Lounge w/ a good cigar selection! A place you can sit and chill alone (BYOB) or you can interact w/ ppl. You can watch a sporting event (4 lg screens), work on your computer. The owner is friendly & very knowledgeable when it comes to the cigar selection. Good overall vibe. I would recommend this place.”

It's a place that feels like a second home to many, including myself.However, recent experiences have led to some reservations. Mandy's demeanor, particularly her passive-aggressive nature, has been a recurring issue. I have tried, and encouraged others to overlook this, but it has come to a point where it can no longer go unaddressed. This culminated in a recent event where her behavior became notably unprofessional. While issues can arise in any establishment, it's important that they're addressed to maintain the venue's reputation.It's evident that the overall vibe has shifted since Damon left. His presence was integral to the lounge's character, and it's been different without him. Thankfully, Cricket has been a consistent bright spot, always kind and looking out for patrons. Bo's friendly and professional nature has also been consistent and appreciated. He managed a situation involving Mandy with tact, ensuring that other guests weren't affected by her erratic, rude, and unprofessional behavior.It's concerning that many of our friends, and others I've spoken to, opt to meet elsewhere when Mandy is working. Even more disconcerting are the whispers regarding Mandy's potential bias towards female clientele. While both male and female patrons have expressed discontent, it seems women, in particular, feel singled out.In conclusion, El Jefe remains a preferred spot for many of us, but addressing internal issues is crucial for retaining its loyal clientele and upholding its esteemed reputation.”

“I absolutely love this location. It's probably the only one I feel comfortable going to. They have a large variety of items (a bit pricey but u get what you pay for) to choose from. The staff alright in my book. Especially, the tall skinny lightskinned guy! He. Knows. His. Stuff! “Came into the store and was greeted with a warm hello which made me feel welcomed. The staff was on point with all my questions and even suggested some stuff. I had a great time there and it was well worth my money I spent there. Will be back in there in two weeks because our wedding anniversary is October 22 and got to get that honey or blue rhino that stuff make you buck like a bull and put you im the game and keep her humming your name.
