“This is the best place you can send your child! I went to this pre-school from 2015-2016 and I had an amazing experience (I am now in highschool). Naturally I was a shy child but spending my early developmental years at the this school aided me in various ways. I often try to remember the prayer song we'd sing before eating. We all participated in choir, praying before meals, field trips, + we got amazing support from the teachers. Additionally this school had always went all out for st patricks day, christmas, graduation, etc and it was carried out both creatively and orderly. Thank you Mt. Elizabeth Academy for paving the way for my first steps into the world while also teaching me the importance of being kind even in trying times!”

“Hello parents. My Jaxson is autistic with severe allergies and a play in mud always on 100 boy boy. Jaxson can have his moments and as a single mom I get nervous about who's working with Jaxson. In a pinch we had to move from our other daycare center and I was burnt out by facilities that lacked the support for children with disabilities. God knew what Jaxson and I needed when Michelle answered the phone; another mom to hear me concerns.
Sunshine House has a lot of friendly staff and the best part is they take their time with kids. Every child is special and needs attention so I can understand why teachers may appear to be overwhelmed. However, if the teachers here are overwhelmed; they hide this very well!! Some of the teachers understand and specialize in special needs kiddos which helps every child in the classroom.
Jaxson was being bullied in a physical and mental health manner at his last center and I dreaded coming to get him because daily there was an incident report.
Since coming to Sunshine House Jaxson has not had a single report of harm done to him outside of normal kid play. Jaxson gets outdoor time daily even if there is a slight chill and he loves that!!

“We are so grateful for this school and the community that comes along with it! My child started at Foundations in August of 2025, so we were there right as leadership was changing and through what other reviews have referenced as a season of noticeable transition/the growing pains that go along with it. While we never experienced the former leadership, I have nothing but good things to say about the current admin and how hard they’ve worked to create a welcoming, nurturing environment for the kids. Ms. Nicole has always been willing to listen and address my concerns, and I truly feel heard any time I bring a question or concern to the table. She keeps an open door policy, as do the teachers. We went through a period of time where it felt like a revolving door of afternoon teachers in my child’s class, but I spoke directly to Nicole about my concerns and she addressed them head-on. Since the beginning of the year, it really feels like the admin has found their groove with hiring and the staffing challenges are under control. I’m willing to give grace for the period of transition as I know establishing a solid team of teachers can’t happen overnight, and we adore the teachers we have now! Ms. Lina and Ms. Alia are wonderful with the kids, and I love the daily photo updates of all the fun classroom activities. Chef Kristen knows all of the kids by name, and my child looks forward to going to Kristen’s Kitchen for extracurricular cooking time each week. Foundations has been a great fit for us and we look forward to continuing here!”
