This is a great store managed by wonderful people who care about customers and customer service. They literally went out of their way to help me. I work from home and use it to allow hands free conversation. My company does not supply headsets. A few weeks ago I noticed that the sound was getting whacky, and I blamed my (company issued) 200 year old iPhone. Turns out it's the headset. I chatted with the manager, Steve, at my local Office Depot, and he said that in all likelihood the issue did in fact begin before my extended warranty expired. (a couple of weeks ago) Chris told me that you're very understanding and would sympathize with my situation. Leaving my plight in your good hands. Not only were they prompt, efficient and incredibly hard working – they were just some of the nicest guys! Ed and his crew Brandon, Miles and Trey after they installed my furniture I asked could they move a single desk from the property I was using and Ed had no problem doing it. These guys didn’t miss a beat. I hope in the near future if needing more furniture delivered and install it will be Ed and his crew. While the cubicles we purchased are used, they are still in great condition (at least for what you can see once put together). This allowed us to purchase a large number of work spaces that are much more cost effective for a smaller company.”

“Jesse was absolutely amazing when i was there last week. I needed a new gaming chair ASAP for my son’s 20th birthday and he knew just what i was looking for. He was very insightful and helped me make the right decision. If ANYONE, especially us hispanic folk, needs help, Jesse is the one to ask. Jesse helped me carry the box out to the car without me even asking him to. A modern gentleman. I tried to invite him over for some baked sweets, but he said that he couldn't leave during his shift. But that is my only complaint. I dont often leave reviews but Jesse was worth it. I wish my son could learn a lesson or two from him. I will be sure to recommend all my gals to this store. “There was a young female employee that helped me at the Norcross Office Depot. I couldn't find any of the items that I wanted. I asked her each time where the item was that I needed. She was so kind and helped me find each item. She had so much knowledge of items in the store. When the clerk at the register couldn't find the last item for me, she came up and showed us immediately where it was. She deserves a promotion. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have left the store without finding what I needed. There was no other employee helping customers on the floor.”

“As I walked into the Office Depot in Stone Mountain, GA, I noticed that the store was outdated and uninviting. The floor was unclean and the store was unorganized, making it the worst-looking Office Depot I’ve visited. However, I would like to commend Kim at Printing area for her outstanding customer service. She was the only employee present during my visit, and despite being understaffed, she remained calm, friendly, and helpful towards all customers. Her positive attitude and dedication to her job made my overall experience at the store much more pleasant.”
