“Wonderful staff even though we didn’t have any work done. My wife’s car broke down on I-20 and it was towed to this location. They worked with us on a date to be able to pick up the vehicle and bring it home since we lived out of town. I can only imagine how awesome their work is since the customer service was unbelievable. :)”
“We were coming through Madison when we were on vacation. Our friends vehicle broke down and we were near O’Reillys on Eatonton Rd. Cody was amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We were upset and just wanting not get home and he assured us everything would be okay and we would be on our way home soon! THANK YOU CODY for treating perfect strangers like family and helping us with our problem. Next time we’re in Ga we are going to stop in and say hello!
O’Reillys should be proud to have you and need to hire more employees like him!”
“This was a five star visit AutoZone. My car wouldn’t start the manager. I don’t know what her name is. She tried to jumpstart me that wouldn’t work then she Google why my car wasn’t starting. She unhooked my negative battery in my car is starting. I am an hour and a half away from home with no way to get there. She has really just blessed my soul. I said give her a raise.”
“I was in a pinch over 4 hours away from home and my battery in my car started smelling and hissing, I stopped by there Scott came out checked everything out. Put the new one in and got me back on the road. I tried to offer him a few bucks for his time and he would not accept it. He’s a great guy. Highly recommend checking this autozone out.”
“Bobby and team did a great job evaluating my car and getting it back in good shape. I highly recommend this autobody shop to anyone in the Lake Oconee area and very reasonably priced. Thank you”
“I think they are awesome. My late husband (Larry Shaw) always traded with them and now I trade with them. Super nice people & always treat me with the up most respect. I highly recommend them.....”
“I had a tire with significant damage while driving across state and had to reach home at a certain time for work. Chad was very kind to help work me into the schedule and tried to repair the bad tire. I needed a new set and the other team members were very helpful to find a set and got me on the road in time to make it to work on time. Took a huge stress off of me!”
“Thank you to Jackson's towing for showing up so quickly on the worst weather day of the year! My alternator went out. Wasn't sure where I should take it for repair. Too truck driver said Jerome( owner of tow company) does repairs. He had it done next day for a great price. Thank you for such great service!”

“Dropped by to have them look at scratches left after removing fender flares from a black F250. Absolutely the nicest people to deal with and they worked me in within a week. They were able to buff out the scratches in 2 days and the truck looks absolutely amazing. Total mirror finish!
Cannot say enough good things about them personally and professionally. Very highly recommend.”
