“Talk about a breath of fresh air! The customer service, work quality, honesty, and just overall experience with this shop was phenomenal. Originally we were sent to a different local body shop by our insurance and it was by far the most horrific customer experience I think I’ve ever experienced. We then asked our insurance company to refer us somewhere else with the understanding that we would have to start all over. At this point it wasn’t about who could do it quick, it was all about how you value your customers. “My brand new car was hit twice in a month's time. The first time I was in a store and someone hit my car in the parking lot. The second time a young man hit me in the back while I was waiting to pull out. I was extremely sick about this as I'd been trying to get this car for almost two years. Ryan and the folks at Classic Collision could not have been more kind and professional. It took a few weeks to get the job done because when they took the car apart they found a few additional pieces that needed to be replaced. Getting the parts took some time. Once they got all the parts they quickly and beautifully repaired our car. The paint has small flakes in it and they matched it perfectly. During the process Ryan kept me informed about how the job was coming along. He also communicated directly with my insurance company who approved the estimates presented. I highly recommend this business as I was highly impressed with the way they made our car look as good as new as well as for the way they conduct their business. Very nice people. “I was on my home from Atlanta to Augusta. Stopped in Madison to get some coffee and use the restroom. Came out and started my Jeep. There was a loud whine coming from under the hood. Took a look and the Idler pull had started to melt. I assume the bearings had went bad. Googled the closest parts store. Auto Zone came up so I limped the half a mile down the street and pulled into the parking lot. There was a young gentleman working on a car and asked me if I needed some help. Another gental that was working in the store came out and asked what was wrong so I should both of them the issue and neither one of them could be leave I had even made it into the store. Brighton asked me what year the jeep was and exact model and proceeded to look up the part to see if they had it in stock. It was”

“The manager and one of the associates at this location, Cody (Manager) and Steve, WOW! I walked up to the store, my car battery in a back pack on my back, they took one look and told me what I knew, dead dead. Ok, so move on. The battery I needed, not in stock. 1st problem. It's an old car, wiggle room. Problem solved. 2nd problem, new connectors and by this point I'm bleeding money, or so I thought. They got me covered with the connectors. Answered a few questions, treated me like I had a brain and on top of that, took my butt home. The new battery was significantly heavier lol. This is the service I've come to expect out of O'Reilly's and yet I'm still so pleasantly surprised when I go in and get it. I will definitely forever be a customer with O'Reilly's, and this one in Madison GA particularly. Thank you Cody and Steve for helping me get my car back moving.”
