I was greeted at the door. They were friendly asked what I come in for and was shown the area to look for what I needed. I will be going back, the store is lovely

i didn't actually buy anything, but the customer service is great!when my bike lock broke and I had to remove the wheel, they let me use their tools to get it off. I highly recommend this store, you will not find friendlier people anywhere else!
