Aaron, I believe it was, was knowledgeable and fast. I came in suspecting heat damage to my laptop. Let me know that though it can take up to 24 hours usually they diagnose less than that time frame. I was informed within the hour and it was fixed and ready 10 minutes after being diagnosed. I was very happy with my service.
