I went in to change my name on all my accounts, provided 2 forms of ID and was told it could take a couple of weeks. It's been a month and call center rep stated there were no notes or documentation so I have to resubmit everything. That's bad customer service.

This bank rightfully has two stars. Extremely slow due to severe understaffing. I don't know if they are trying to cut costs or what, but it is killing the customer experience. I will be switching banks
