“I have not actually been to the facility yet with my pet, but the previous owner has. I made an appointment and spoke to Robin, who was so amazing. She gave me information that I needed, I went above and beyond because the previous owner had not given me all of the information that I needed about my fur baby. I just wanna give a special thank you to Robin for being such an amazing person and having such amazing customer service skills. Her kindness, and helpfulness, really made me feel confident about keeping this facility To continue to care for my fur baby.”

My German Shepherds Samson (12 years old) Kobe (1years old) love going there whether for an illness, a bath, yearly visit, doggy daycare or boarding ❤ The staff are always welcoming and supportive providing me with whatever services I am in need of. “Today was our first time visiting them and we truly only have positive things to say. We have 4 dogs, 3 of them had their vaccines and yearly check up due. We were treated so well by all the staff and Dr. Jackson. Two of our dogs are anxious but they managed them so well. We will be back soon for future appointments. Edit: I can't say enough good things about this vet! I found out recently that they also provide grooming services and I had to make an appointment. I made it online for this past weekend for Monday. Monday they called me early confirming drop off time. I dropped off my baby at 9am and he has ready to go at 11:30am. The best grooming experience, truly!! He's very anxious when at the vet but he had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Erin. We will see you soon!”

“I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I’m still waiting on the pet paradise review forms that way I can leave a review. However, in the meantime, I would like to tell you about my experience since you came into pet paradise to rectify the situation. I was having with the feeding of Oliver Twist. I just wanna let you know that since that day, everything has been working out well with them actually documenting when they feed him and that really helps. But I also wanna highlight a few of the people that work there that have done an amazing job since Oliver‘s been there as as well as when my previous Dog beans who passed away last year. So starting with last night, the person DJ was a really big help for me last night because being a flight attendant sometimes we end up having issues with coming in late and they got to the point where we had so many delays that I was late picking him up and he stayed until I got there to pick up Oliver. I really appreciate it because ever since my dog beans passed away last year, I’ve had high anxiety and haven’t been able to sleep so when I got Oliver, it really helped because now I’m sleeping at least a couple more hours a day prior to. Also coming with that I wanna highlight Rita, Drea and kam who always seems to be there as much as I work and has also helped with making sure that I’m never not being able to pick up Oliver and I want to say Shayla. I hope I didn’t miss anybody but to me they have made it to where I feel like they treat me like family and they have also become a part of all of her family treating him really well making sure that nothing goes wrong and also make sure that they tell me if anything is wrong with Oliver. A lot of places don’t do that. I hope that this reaches you and I hope that you let them know how appreciative I am and how much they are appreciated. They work so hard and I hope that they are recognized for everything that they do. It takes a special person to take care of the animals that we call family. Have a blessed day”

Answered all questions which was appreciated as well. I would say it is a professional for the area environment but I think they care about the animals. My boy is back up and running so whatever they did worked and I’m extremely thankful. I did pay $1000 but can’t put a price on health right lol”
