Everyone from our designer, to the install teams, to the owners, stayed in communication with us and helped guide us through the process. The pictures below are only a few of the projects throughout the house. I was so excited to get my dream kitchen, completed with our own coffee bar! They handled all of our cabinets & countertops, throughout (including kitchen, master bath, guest bath, powder room, fireplace, coffee bar, pantry, & office & fireplace built-ins) backsplashes, tile work with our "one-of-a-kind" shower, the whole house flooring, & even our golden doodle's very own dog shower!We still have a couple of projects to go so I'll have to post pictures when finished.I would not hesitate for a second to recommend The Designery to anyone embarking on their new journey!”

The software he used to show us what the new door would look like on our house showing different door designs and colors (door and trim) was very helpful in the decision making process. Every appointment time they gave us from the initial consultation, the appointment for measurements and the actual install was met and/or exceeded. Our door was actually installed earlier than originally planned. The install crew of Tanner Poe and Kentral Brown was amazing to watch. They were efficient, friendly and professional. Tanner's attention to detail was incredible. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and their clean up was amazing. Matt even showed back up during the install process to see if we were happy. I have had several follow up calls from West Shore to see if we were satisfied.I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.”

“Amazing prices and amazing service all the way around. They made the whole process so simple and easy. Great communication from Chastity too. While my cabinet installers were a nightmare and holding up the whole process, Chastity and the team at Rocky Tops were patient and understanding. I had 0 problems. Absolutely everything was perfect. The installers even noticed a problem with my cook top and shaved the countertop down to make the top sit flat and level without having to be asked. They just volunteered to do it and saved me the hassle of having to exchange the cook top! Now that is next level customer service. Thank you everyone at Rocky Tops. Been doing some pressure washing at ChattState and needed a couple of items for a quick repair!I have never been to any of these Ferguson locations, glad I stopped in, they have a huge selection in their plumbing section, building wise, they have a huge building that's broken down, Plumbing, Lighting, HVAC, and so on! “I found this place via a quick google search for vanity lighting. The only negative experience was missing the turn off the highway to get there. The showroom was stunning. There are so many options to choose from and that isn’t limited to lighting. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We found what we wanted and our salesperson said she could ship it direct to our house as we lived an hour away. It arrived next day. We all know in this day and age that’s a milestone. All in all it was a vey good experience.”
