This company and their products are terrible! They literally could not design a back end to be less user friendly and I hold IT certifications. Even basic end user functions don't work and support can't figure it out. I switched and all my 2 years of problems went awat. Go with Avaya, TRUST ME!

Simply put, Vertical is amazing! I have worked together with them on several projects for different clients over the years. They have ALWAYS made me look good, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are my go-to company for business communications.

They promise lots, but if you have a problem it could take them days to get back to you. Their customer support is bad and all the features they say we could do - aren't there. Very disappointing.
