Delicious ice cream! We got off the trolley in time where there wasn’t a line. By the time we got our ice cream & paid there was a line. They had fast service though! The ice cream was soooo good!!
Leopold’s Ice Cream was founded in 1919 by three brothers from Greece. After coming to America, they perfected their secret formulas & created the now world-famous Leopold’s Ice Cream. Leopold's is a retro ice cream parlor with real soda jerks serving old-fashioned favorites like Banana Splits, Ice Cream Sodas & Malts from behind a historic soda fountain. All of our ice cream is made in small batches using original recipes from 1919 & housemade sauces, cookies & toppings. Owner, Stratton Leopold, has decorated his shop with movie memorabilia from his 40+ years in the Hollywood motion picture industry & can often be found behind the counter with a scoop in his hand & smile on his face.
