“I had found a truck I was interested in purchasing, so I took the advice of a good friend to go to a local credit union he had secured a loan from, told me the name of the young lady to see so I completed an application then went to visit with her. She told me her manager had turned me down, due to the truck being 2 years older than they would finance, in other words it had to be a 2008 or newer and the one I was interested in was a 2006. So I thanked her for her time. Then I went to my bank and saw the young lady I usually see for a loan, who has always treated me well in my past. Her name is Caroline Bishop. I explained to Caroline the truck I was interested in was a 2006 and was owned by a young man in Jacksonville FL who is in the Navy, but he still owed money on the truck. Caroline ran into several unique problems with this special case, figured out a way to make it happen to where the bank could secure the title from him and could cut his bank a check in the amount he was wanting and make this happen. Now we are just waiting for him to take care of things on his end with Navy Federal. You don't come across many loan officers who will go beyond the normal scope of things, but Caroline is the exception to the rule. She had been given false information by his credit union there in Jacksonville FL, so she called the Florida DMV to find out the truth, then contacted the seller of the truck to let him know what the FL DMV said, plus let me know as well. She gave me a great interest rate and worked out monthly payments I could handle. These are things you should look for when you are looking for a loan, as well as someone who will work with you in order to make it happen, a loan officer who won't give up when an obstacle gets in the way but who figures out the 'legal' way to get past it, to make it work out for all parties. In my book, they don't get any better than Caroline Bishop! And as far as that goes, everyone at this bank is very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. Randy Teston, you did well by hiring Caroline Bishop, as she is definite 5-Star material and a credit to our community !”

“PSA: After reaching out to the branch, I first spoke to the assistant manager Paige which was so helpful, understanding and caring of the issue. She assured me that she would get this issue over to the Branch manager . The branch manager (Cindy) then called me about the issue and was the upmost respectful and apologetic and assured me that the issue would be taken care of.I have been to this bank very few times, for the simple reason of the lady in the drive thru. She has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen!!! She is rude, short spoken and never smiles!!”
