“I’ve lived at Eastwood Village for a while, and I’m happy with the direction the community is heading. You can tell that more attention is being given to the property, and it’s great to see some of the larger improvement finally getting underway. It really feels like the community is coming a long way.

My only wish is that maintenance requests could be completed a little faster. That said, the maintenance team has always been friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to care about helping residents when they arrive.

Another thing I appreciate is the stability of the staff. Unlike a lot of apartment communities, there doesn’t seem to be constant turnover, which makes a big difference. It’s nice seeing familiar faces who know the complex and the residents. Overall, I’m excited to see the continued improvements and look forward to seeing how the community continues to grow.”
