“I wish to leave a WELL DESERVED Review for ERICKA GARRETT.First let me say when I stepped through the door I was greeted with the most beautiful Ray Of Light Biggest Smile ever!!! Her Radiance said WELCOME!!! She was delightful from beginning to End. She was great at providing information about the property and the amenities at The Abbey at Eagles Landing. She took me on a tour that was fun on the Golf Cart and although it was cold on that day she didn't hesitate to show me EVERYTHING. Then we entered the Model of a two Bedroom Apartment and it was beyond what I expected. The square footage and modern everything was far greater than anything I had found so far in my apartment search. Although the pricing was a little over what I had budgeted for, what it included plus the square footage was worth putting in an application. I'm not very tech savvy but not to worry because again Ericka did not hesitate to help and walk me through the process. I was approved and will be moving into my beautiful new Home next Month. They also offered a Surprise gift for applying. The Grounds are beautiful and The Abbey is so Blessed to have a Leasing Consultant like Ericka Garrett. She showed sooo much LOVE to everyone that came into the office that day I was there. I also met Carrie who was just as nice! “I’ve been a resident here for the past 2 years and I must say everything about this property has been exquisite for me! The leasing agents and property manager are phenomenal people, they’ve been a blessing from the time I applied til now. Any issues I’ve experienced here and brought to their attention they’ve wasted no time to assist me and make sure that I am taken care of. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.”

“I’ve lived here about 3.5 years now. It’s changed hands several times and there have been varying levels of service. More recently, the wait time on service requests is astronomical, but with a little urge in the office, they usually try to get it resolved as fast as possible. I have to be realistic and realize staffing is a concern every where, which impacts service level, but the office staff themselves and maintenance staff are always helpful and willing to get you squared away and I can appreciate that. Recently they updated us to a smart home, which has some quirks sometimes and their customer service is awful and won’t reach back about issues, but, they are trying to modernize the home and I can appreciate what they’re trying to do. Lastly. The gate is kinda always an issue. So to me it would make sense to invest in a camera and eliminate the issue versus always having to fix it. But overall. Not a bad place to stay. Pretty quiet and chill for the most part.”
