“If there were 10 ?s, we would gladly give it!!?This is by far the BEST U-Haul in town. From the first day we called to reserve a truck to the night we returned it, the gentlemen who answered the phone were super friendly, helpful, EXTREMELY patient and not to mention accommodating. Their demeanor over the phone was one that reassured us (the customers) that there is no need to worry about anything as it pertains to the use of the truck. We needed to keep the truck for some extra time and they just worked it out for us.We also wanted to add that the staff via the Truck Share were equally helpful and supper supportive. They stayed on the phone with us because the app (while overall is good) was not working for our phone. (Note: be sure to have a fully charged phone ? and it will work fine...especially for returning the truck). These ladies from Truck Share were patient, and very helpful. What we loved best is how well both entities worked so very well together. Upon returning the truck we could not get it done completely, but the people from Truck Share, we're able to communicate with the U-Haul location and made the whole return process smooth and completed without any hassle to us. “I have met/dealt with a lot of authorized agent renting trucks or tow truck and so on, but never met someone as good, kind hearted, all around great, and angel in disguise who helped sort out other locations that actually has what I needed although it was not her fault corporate set my appointment at a location that didn’t have what I needed. “After our Motorhome DEF Valve and Sensor put us in D-rate, we had it towed to Rush Truck Center. Jason Cross the service writer was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us back on the road. Greg the tech was competent, patient and able to re-set our computer and get us moving again. Also Jeff the QC/Service manager made sure our beautiful Coach was well cared for. We cannot say enough about this firm. Hope you do not breakdown, but if you do you are in good hands.”
