“Our car broke down on the interstate in Georgia while we were driving home from vacation, and a local dealership recommended Don’s Wrecker Service. From the moment we called, their customer service was outstanding. They answered immediately and had a driver on scene within 15 minutes.
We had already called an Uber to take us to a hotel, so we unloaded our luggage and waited on the side of the road. The driver insisted on staying with us until the Uber arrived, telling us he wasn’t going to leave us stranded. He also took the time to recommend good local hotels and let us know which ones to avoid.
The driver was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about our safety and well-being. In a stressful situation, he made us feel taken care of and gave us true Southern hospitality. “I rate my experience as 4 stars. Some steps of the buying process was rather frustrating. Having to give my information more than a few times after I had already done everything online. But it does not overshadow the overall buying experience. I made it clear I wanted to do 99% of it online and it did happen. From shipping the truck from one store to my nearest store, to being in and out in under 20 mins. Jasmine was extremely helpful setting up my express pick up and Darius had everything ready to roll upon my arrival. I really wanted to give 5 stars here.”
