To my surprise the rollback had a 2020 model 4x4 truck for me to use as I need a 4x4 for work as a professional Trapper. The problem getting parts caused a long delay getting my truck back. I usually don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received at Advance Auto Parts that I had to share. Arthur was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. He asked all the right questions to make sure we got the correct oil filter, and even after finding one that seemed right, he double-checked and went the extra mile to confirm we had the exact part we needed. He also mentioned he’s only been working there for about a month and a half, which made his knowledge and professionalism even more impressive. He really took time out of his day to help us, and it made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the effort he put in. “I was impressed with the service department at Walker Jones Toyota. I relocated to SE Georgia a decade ago, after using Toyota South in Richmond Kentucky for decades. Toyota South has delivered great service to it's customers over decades. When I moved to the South, I noticed a marked dropoff in my service satisfaction at every dealer I tried. Almost all were constantly aiming to sell me unrequired service when I came in. After not being able to wring an estimate for my 30K service at my closest dealer, I spoke with Zack at Walker Jones. “Local parts store. The guys at the counter are more than just salesmen. Customer needed 2 specialty items. Had 1 item in stocks. Not the other. But took the time to call a another business that he knows and they had the part. Lower radiator hose for a 6610 tractor. Other counterman was verify an idle sensor switch for a vehicle. I had questions for Mr. Parrot about their paint line. He was very informative, and I could tell if was from years of experience.”
