Not enough staff to help customers. Rude worker at fitting room area at 10:30 am Saturday, 10/27/18. Everyone was less than helpful when trying to inquire about a certain costume and trying to see if other stores have it on hand.

Just plane horrible !!!! I've been trying to get in contact with someone about a return and i haven't had any luck I've called 5 times and nothing !!! Place is just way to expensive and horrible customer services!!!! And very very cheap !!! Not worth the prices!!!!

This is an awesome Halloween store. I dont know why they are missing some key items that party city has. Between here and party city I bet you can find whatever your looking for. Get more and different items Spirt Halloween. it tries to be a halloween wal mart, comes close but no cigar.
