I was most impressed by their teamwork.Everyone was attentive, kind, caring and knowledgeable. They always went theextra mile making sure the docs knew what was happening/needed, calling other providers when I had questions about my appointments there, making sure my meds were filled.Do expect that they are often behind and you often have to wait some time past your scheduled appointments to get in and see the docs. Although this can be frustrating, once you get in and the docs don’t feel rushed, answer all you questions and go over everything clearly it’s worth the wait.”

“This is the staff at Linden Family Medicine Clinic. These reviews are negative because we wouldn't prescribe them the narcotics or large quantity of medication they wanted and were very difficult patients to deal with. We even suggested that they should look for care elsewhere, and one of the reviewers was never seen in this clinic. “I've been going to Dr Kapono for several years after moving from Kona. I was lucky to get Dr Kapono, I have not had any problems getting appointments, and her care has been exceptional. She is very caring,and takes time on each visit. We're lucky that she chose to practice here in Hilo. I feel very comfortable having her as my primary physician.”
