First time to Zippy's in many years & was impressed by the food, service, & cleanliness. Katsu & friend Korean chicken nuggets were surprisingly tasty & delicious!

Visited this place as a friend recommended it. Brought a few coworkers with me, and everybody agreed the food was good. Problem was they completely forgot to give one of them their meal and after waiting over 20 mins, they refused to refund her the money.
