However, when our son had a terrible ear ache from 2 weeks of swimming and diving, we knew we had to get him evaluated prior to getting on the plane. We were 2 days out prior to our flight so time was of the essence. We were able to easily make an appointment online and were seen quickly. All staff were kind, courteous, and caring. The Nurse Practitioner, Rachel, was awesome and very knowledgeable. We got the correct ear drop prescription for my son’s particular situation. We were able to get a recheck the day prior to travel to ensure his ear improved enough for flying. Overall it was a great experience!”
