I’d leave zero stars if I could. Customer service is terrible. Very attentive when they’re trying to sell you something but can’t be bothered after they get your money

Positive experience signing our team up with the CO-OP. Feels good to be member owned and based in the Rocky Mountain West. Would recommend to anyone. Not sure where everyone else is calling, but I've had very responsive support in any questions I have.

This insurance company is so hard to deal with, no representatives seem to be able to help you, seems like you just get transfered around and not one person knows what they're doing. My prescriptions are not being covered its a joke. Read the fine print because this is worst insurance I've ever had.
