“I went there today with my three year old daughter. There was a younger girl working there, I wish I caught her name. She was in the middle of organizing a new display but the moment we walked in, she stopped everything and started chatting with us. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us pick out a few gifts for my parents and Before we left she gave my daughter a "special wooden spoon". (It was a tiny wooden spoon). Alana was beyond excited. Thrilled. When we got home, She proudly showed off her wooden spoon to the entire family and told everyone of the "nice lady " who gave it to her. I don't know if I would have gotten any shopping done, had that incredibly kind young woman not been working. Her gesture made my daughter's day and made us loyal customers. (and now Alanas spoon has a special place in the kitchen)”
