“Just found "MY NEW" tire service and alignment center.I recently went to "King's Pro Tire Center" and what a difference as opposed to going to Les Schwab.The crew at King's were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing as well as explaining and physically showing me the issue with my tire.(more accurately, why the repair from Les Schwab didn't work!)I will definitely be going here exclusively in the future for tires, alignments and more.Very glad I stopped in ... “Searched the valley for a reputable place to service my R6 and we came across Revved Up. After high recommendations from other riders we gave them a call. You could tell even over the phone they seemed genuinely interested in the bike, getting everything I needed taken care of, and their hospitality was unmatched. “Yesterday we experienced a flat tire while on I-84 eastbound right in the middle of all the construction. The right shoulder was just wide enough to get off the road. We were unsuccessful in getting our insurance roadside assistance to assist us so I looked up tire stores close. I called Bruneel Point S Nampa and in only about 20 seconds of dialog, Bob said "we are coming to the rescue". In less then 10 min his service truck pulled up behind us, got our spare on and took our tire back to their shop. They found the issue, fixed the tire and got us back on the road for no cost. These men understand the value of customer service both at a time of need as well as after fixing it. Friendly, helpful, reassuring and solution oriented are a few words that come to mind......I will recommend this organization to any and all and encourage Bob and team to keep making people's day better! “Im still giving a 4 stars due to the fact that I really liked the people and the good part of their service. I loved that they were able to get me in immediately with not problems. Customer service from the young lady was awesome, she was straight to the point and got the job done fast. But I also have a fair amount of complaints that can help them “be better” in the future.I was told that I could drop off my car in the morning and which I did. I headed out to work and tried all day to get ahold of them and I simply could not get them to answer. All I wanted to call about was if I could get a alignment with the 1 used tire I was supposed to get replaced. I called throughout the whole day about 5 times and no answer. Finally I decided to call “in private” and I had a answer. Seemed kind of odd.. Anyways I head out there and I see that my car has 2 used tires installed. I never received a call in regard to them asking me if that was okay. They just replaced both of them without my consent.. Honestly very disappointed in the fact that I was never asked if that would be okay. Now obviously I was able to afford it, but imagine if I wasn’t? Terrible part on your guys’s end. I then ask if I could still schedule a alignment for my car and they say that for my type of vehicle it has to be taken to a alignment shop???How are you guys running a shop without being able to do alignments?? Kind of odd right?Anyways, I’m more satisfied than upset. But there’s definitely work to be done on keeping people informed. That wasn’t fair to me on my first experience with you guys. I hope to do more business here soon with you guys.”

We stopped back by, and everyone was busy, so the manager came out and put the tire back for me. I appreciate that so much as we are seniors and can't climb under the car to do that. “I had a great experience at Costco Meridian. I waited longer than I should have to order new tires and once they came in appointments were a couple weeks out. I really needed to get them in sooner and was told they sometimes can take walk ins, but its no guarantee they'll have time to install them. I came in and got in line when they opened and they indicated they'd be able to do it, but it would probably be a few hours. I was willing to wait and decided to take my time shopping at Costco then hang out at the food court until it was done. much to my surprise, they called me within a couple hours and my car was done. the customer service from the time I bought my tires through getting them installed was great. I also feel I got a good price on very good tires.”
