“Brandon and his crew are awesome, Ludo (2000 Excursion 7.3) has never run better. I brought it in to have a stripped t-case plug tapped out and asked for a general inspection due to an oil and coolant leak. 25 year old truck needed a few things. He identified everything needed and gave me a quote. Steering drag line, rotors and pads, shocks, fix the leaks, service the rear diff. It was quite a bit of work, but still a lot cheaper than replacing. Brandon's recommendations on parts were excellent, same stuff most people recommend on the Ex groups. He got the work done on time. There was a shipping delay with the shocks but that was totally out of his hands and he made no excuses for it. Kept in touch until they came in and got it on the schedule quick. Goes to show that even if there is an issue he'll handle it professionally. Ludo has been around the block at different shops over the years, and none of them have done as great a job as Butler Auto.”

“My husband needed a new (to him) truck after his was declared totaled after it was struck by a Sysco delivery truck while parked ?. After shopping around a bit, I found a listing for a great looking used F-150 at Mad Hatter Motors and we went to check it out. The truck was great, just like in the photos and even had some surprise amenities. Price was competitive as well. We test drove it and put down a deposit then came back after the weekend and purchased. We had planned to get a pre purchase inspection, which didn't work out due to scheduling, but we felt confident after the test drove and looking it over. We still got an inspection after and the truck was confirmed to be in great shape. The mechanics said they were even a bit jealous of what a great truck and but it was lol. Just normal maintenance things suggested, like new tires in the not too distant future, but nothing inherently wrong. My husband loves his truck. Shane and the crew were great and easy to work with. Would recommend checking them out of you're in the market for a used vehicle.”

They ended up getting us a great interest rate (far better than the other place), and after all was said and done, our payment ended up being LESS than what the other place quoted us for a vehicle that cost $8k more!
