“Ha feel kinda stupid but this is the 1st time I've used a laundry service in a long time...imagine my surprise that they now use like a debit card to load your machines with either wash or dry time! Lol it's the simple things ha! The folks there were the sweetest and most helpful of people- I had a w/c bound client w/ me. The accommodated us amazingly well. The duve' cover i needed washed was EXTREMELY heavy and old, washing for another client of mine, and the gentleman at the counter says' here let me show you the best machine large enough to handle it and also the most water spray angles to thoroughly clean this' and he was absolutely correct! The antique duve' was damage free and was so clean and fresh!! I highly RECOMEND THIS LAUNDRY SERVICE!!! AMAZING PEOPLE THERE!!”

“My husband lost his wallet while vacuuming our car on Wednesday. Within 15 minutes after leaving Metro Carwash, we received a call from them letting us know they had his wallet.Thank you to whomever found his wallet and turned it in. We appreciate your honesty and integrity.”

“Our Corvette group of 6 cars after a week of driving from the San Francisco area on a run, had to wash the bugs from our cars! What a great car wash, especially since it is brushless and there are no rails for to scrape the wheels. Our grills and wheels were sparkling clean after we were done, no bugs! Wish that we had Auto Shine Car Wash in our area.”

“This gas station is clean and the workers greeted me as I came in which I love And they have a dump station for RVers that I think is pretty cool to have in the middle of town.”

“Rusty’s detailing is no longer at 3626 W. Seltice Way, hopefully they change there address! But I’ve had nothing but good things about this company every since I’ve moved my business in there location. But I haven’t done business with them..”

“We just moved to the area in October and I was looking for a local groomer. We live in CDA though but my mom went to you dirty dog and she recommended them. My poor girl got so matted and we hadn't been able to afford to take her to the groomer. But today, I brought her to you dirty dog finally, and they were so kind to me. I felt so bad that my dog was matted and was in bad shape but they never made me feel bad. She was very understanding and didn't even charge me the matting fee. They also did a GREAT job with my girl even though she was in bad shape. I was contemplating trying to find a groomer closer, but I was so pleased today that I will keep going to you dirty dog. It's businesses like this that will thrive and be successful.”

“I have visited this station periodically for decades. Not living nearby, it is not convenient just for getting gas, but it is the best car wash in the area. It has also made ethanol-free premium gas available, which I appreciate. I post this review to offer positive feedback, but also to address a recurring problem I have encountered. This is the only car wash in the area which features actual scrubby brushes to remove grime from the car's surfaces. A few times during the winter months I have gone there to gas up and get the wash, but discovered when I drove 'round back to the entrance of the carwash that it was blocked. There was no sign of this visible from the road, and not even a notice posted on the pumps that the thing is closed down, probably due to cold weather. What I do see is a large sign on the exit door of the carwash heralding 'Heated Car Wash Open'. I understand the need to close down in sub-freezing weather, but failure to post that fact on a sign or even on the pumps has me carrying around the receipt, for weeks sometimes, looking for an opportunity to make it back over there. I have one now. In one instance, when I did get back there, the code did not work. I went inside and spoke to a man whom I assume is the owner, and got scolded for not redeeming the code sooner. He suspiciously and grudgingly gave me a new code in a way that would have made me abandon the business permanently if it were not the only one of its kind in the area.Ideally they should hang a large "Closed" sign over the 'Heated Carwash Open sign when they're shut down; one visible from the road. At a minimum they should put signs on the pumps advertising that the carwash will be closed whenever the temperature or wind-chill drops below a certain value. One more thing: The car wash does not seem to be designed, and has not been modified to clean the rear surface of the cars that have the bobbed vertical back ends that are so common now. I compensate for this by scrubbing the back end with the window-cleaning sponge while I'm fueling the car.”

“This was the best experience I've ever had with an oil change! Jeremiah and his coworker (I believe her name was Jen) were so incredibly kind, honest, and professional. They had everything done quickly, and were really nice to visit with. We're from Texas, but I'd drive all the way back to Post Falls for that kind of service. The flower on the dash was to sweetest touch.”

“Love the dog wash and never had any issues all these other people are complaining about. I have used the car wash 20+ times and dog wash at least that much.P.S. It has been over 5 years since my review and this is still an amazing place to wash your dog and car.”

“$140 for my truck and Conestoga trailer. The guys did a pretty good wash job. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Very fast service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will stop for a truck wash again.”
