The storage unit itself is great and reasonably priced. Customer service is not the best. They have strange hours and don't always respond.

Never had a negative encounter with the employees.It was more pricey than I expected for a small storage unit, but everywhere else in Rexburg seems to have the same prices.24/7 access makes it very easy to get in and out whenever you want.They also refunded us for January, even though we were there a few days in.
