Brought my 22 Raptor to them for a slew of services, including the trans service and filter on the 10R80 that all together were gonna cost almost $2k at the dealer. Paid half that! Got my truck back in a day, they used OEM parts and was treated like a friend, not a number. Truck drives better than the day I got it.”

“Pleased with finding DRIVEN auto repair. Had personal mechanic 15 years recently retired and referred me here. I found Steve on the phone who was quick to understand my need and get me scheduled in. Jason German was my mechanic and he was awesome. The usual “all over check” was performed and they came back with the list of things that could be fixed. They were not pushy whether I took them up on all of the recommendations, or none of them. They were open to fielding any questions, and their answers to those questions let me know they were invested in me getting done what I could get done and overall having a great experience with getting work done there. And that’s exactly what happened. A quick example would be that it was recommended I did a brake flush, and I inquired whether the brake line would be broken to flush out the caliper or somewhere else in the line, and when I’ve asked this question in the past, that other shops it always raises defenses - but they jumped right in with understanding why I was asking, and as it turns out, they actually do it the exact way I was hoping. My experience kind of went like that with everything. I also got the coolant flushed and had a power window regulator replaced, which was the original purpose for my going there. I will definitely be back. I am stoked to have made this connection!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about John’s Auto Care Center and their incredible team—Manager Brendon, Assistant Manager Kevin, and the skilled vehicle technician who worked on our car. They were truly a blessing during an unexpected vehicle emergency.
While traveling and preparing to head back to California, our vehicle suddenly needed a new thermostat. Our first stop was the local Chevy dealership, where we were told the repair would take over five hours and that we’d have to leave the car for the entire day. That simply wasn’t an option for us.
By the grace of God, we called John’s Auto Care Center. Kevin answered the phone, and when I asked if they could replace a thermostat, he immediately said, “Absolutely—bring it on in.” From the moment we arrived, both Kevin and Brendon jumped into action. They quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was the thermostat, and also recommended replacing the nearby sensor while they were in there. Their communication was clear, honest, and incredibly reassuring.
The repair was completed in less than three hours, thanks to the exceptional skill and efficiency of the technician who worked on our vehicle. Their expertise fully resolved our overheating and constantly running fan issues, allowing us to continue our trip back to California without delay.
Kevin, Brendon, and the technician were truly God-sent. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during our time of need meant the world to us. A big thank you to the technician for doing such excellent work and getting us safely back on the road.

“So skip all the low ratings and sob stories of people that got towed for illegal parking. That's their problem for breaking the law. These guys don't drive around town looking to tow people. They respond to a business or property owner calling them -- so take up your complaint with the property owner.I have used AATCO multiple times and every time they did a good job, were super helpful, and made sure I got home safe. They have towed 2 vehicles for me at a reasonable price and also fixed a couple of my vehicles.People complaining about prices? Well why didn't you just fix it yourself if you are so skilled. You are paying for labor of people that are trained, have tools, and have the ability to repair your car. They also have what's called in business "overhead", taxes, rent, more taxes, etc... Your mechanic isn't earning $100 an hour. It takes a lot of money to operate a business.These guys are fair, friendly, and work hard. Most of the complaints on here are from white collar people that think rainbow people, fairies, and unicorns are real. Sorry -- get a real life and if you don't want your car fixed here go to the dealer where you can get a bottle of water while they screw you more than you will ever know.If you like a good honest shop -- AATCO is the place for your and yes mechanics get dirty hands....”

“I can't recommend this AAMCO location on 12th St enough! They did an amazing job fixing my transmission and also took care of an oil change for me while it was in the shop. I used to take my vehicles to Take 5, but after an incredibly frustrating experience where their staff actually yelled at my daughter and I. I was completely done. Meeting Josh at AAMCO was a complete night-and-day difference. Everyone knows what a nightmare it usually is dealing with third-party warranty companies, but Josh handled all of the communication with them and made the entire process completely smooth and stress-free. Between the high-quality work, the honest customer service, and how incredibly helpful Josh was, they have earned a customer for life. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!”
