“Just found "MY NEW" tire service and alignment center.I recently went to "King's Pro Tire Center" and what a difference as opposed to going to Les Schwab.The crew at King's were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing as well as explaining and physically showing me the issue with my tire.(more accurately, why the repair from Les Schwab didn't work!)I will definitely be going here exclusively in the future for tires, alignments and more.Very glad I stopped in ... I will be recommending them to every one I know and I will be returning for future services.My car broke down. I did not have a primary mechanic shop so I asked around, read reviews, and decided to go with Driven Automotive. From the get-go they were thorough and clear with me about what the issues were. As a woman having car issues, I always am apprehensive about speaking with mechanics/service writers because I don’t want to be taken advantage of simply for not knowing the technical lingo. I did not experience an OUNCE of this with Jake (my service writer). He was compassionate and clear in his explanations and answered all of my questions. They were more than understanding of my situation, gave me grace, and extended customer service that went above and beyond. I especially appreciate that they sent pictures and notes electronically after they completed my diagnostic. I have never had that before and it was really convenient to be able to read their notes and research the issues they found. I felt like I got the best, most thorough service because I was able to see what they were seeing. And it was proof that they did everything they said they would.I picked my car up, it runs great and I know what services I will need to have done in the future. Also, they were so FAST. Once I authorized the repair they had my car ready for pickup the next day. And I know that had they needed more time for any reason, I would have been contacted and made aware. Meridian did this plus a complete inspection of her car to make sure it was absolutely safe; and they did it for roughly 1/3 The price of Lexus or Toyota dealerships. “John's Auto Care installed a full set of plugs and coils in my 2006 Toyota about 31 months ago. They warranty their work and installed products for 36 months. Coil number 5 died a few months after installation and they replaced it for free. Last week it died again. Not their fault. I think that coil is subject to excess heat that shortenes it[s life span. They replaced it and the plug at that location. No charge and I had a decent loaner car for the day it took them to do the job. They are honest and do good work. I recommend you get a quote from them if your vehicle needs work. I will definitly use them when I need auto repair.”

“So skip all the low ratings and sob stories of people that got towed for illegal parking. That's their problem for breaking the law. These guys don't drive around town looking to tow people. They respond to a business or property owner calling them -- so take up your complaint with the property owner.I have used AATCO multiple times and every time they did a good job, were super helpful, and made sure I got home safe. They have towed 2 vehicles for me at a reasonable price and also fixed a couple of my vehicles.People complaining about prices? Well why didn't you just fix it yourself if you are so skilled. You are paying for labor of people that are trained, have tools, and have the ability to repair your car. They also have what's called in business "overhead", taxes, rent, more taxes, etc... Your mechanic isn't earning $100 an hour. It takes a lot of money to operate a business.These guys are fair, friendly, and work hard. Most of the complaints on here are from white collar people that think rainbow people, fairies, and unicorns are real. Sorry -- get a real life and if you don't want your car fixed here go to the dealer where you can get a bottle of water while they screw you more than you will ever know.If you like a good honest shop -- AATCO is the place for your and yes mechanics get dirty hands....”

In return, not only did they check those few things they also did a full engine diagnostic and found some other problem areas, basic wear and tear. They sent me a full report, which made it easy for me to decide what I would like to have done. I went ahead and had them take care of all the services necessary, and job well done. Yes I ended up spending more than I originally thought, but finding out that my car had some other issues I wasn’t aware of was greatly appreciated!”
