“The application process was really quick and the location is ideal for access. Plenty of space to maneuver your trailer/RV. The price is extremely competitive and Nancy was very professional and quick answering my questions and processing my info. The registration process is completely on phone or online. Spaces are wide enough for easy access. The lot was clean and security looks very good. Overall very satisfied.”

“I like that there are environmentally controlled units on the inside units. There is less dust which at another facility I used by the time I moved out in a year had a good layer of dirt covering my stuff. The facility is clean and locks are in working order. I've even seen the property manager there on a weekend checking the AC unit and sweeping the aisle. If direct communication is needed it will come as a text or "please call" which makes it easy to address any issues. Communication with property manager is timely and friendly. I highly recommend Spring Creek.”

“We only rented a unit for a couple of months but for the space and price you can't beat it. We moved out 8 days into the month and Rob was very willing to work with us and find others to rent the space and when they did he was very fair to give us kick back on the rent. I also liked that it was easy to access the property. The only drawbacks are the doors on the units are heavy and take some grit to open and it can get hot in the containers.”

“Larry Hansen is the most interesting guy I think I’ve ever met. It’s a good thing. He has a heart he has been very good to my mother over the years and to me as well. Thank you. Affordable rates, a clean and well secured facility . There is no security gate , but Larry doesn’t like anyone on the property after 9pm. Basically standard quiet hours , 9pm-5am, you wont have access to your unit. Unless you get prior approval. Otherwise Larry will be chasing you down because you tripped the alarm system. Just a heads up.Camper/RV spaces available. Small and large units available. No security cameras other than at the main office. You don’t need cameras there. You got Larry.”

“REALLY GOOD PEOPLE WHO USE TO OWN THE VAULT STORAGE UNITS IN TWIN FALLS IDAHO ON WASHINGTON ST BUT SINCE THE NEW OWNER TOOK OVER CAN NOT SEEM TO MAKE UP THEIR MINDS OF WHERE THE OFFICE IS GOING TO BE AND THE OFFICE IS NOW ONLY OPEN 1 DAY A WEEK AND IT MAKES IT INCONVENIENT TO PAY MY STORAGE PAYMENT EACH MONTH 😒 😬😬😬 BUT OTHER THAN THOSE FEW FAULTS I WOULD SAY THAT YOU CAN STORE YOUR THINGS IN YOUR STORAGE UNIT I HAVE NOT EVER HAD NOTHING COME UP MISSING OR GONE THROUGH 😔 SO I CAN PUT MY MIND AT EASE WITH KNOWING THAT MY THINGS ARE SAFE ðŸ™ðŸ˜‡ðŸ™ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜”

“I have much stuff and needed space for my things. I was faced with a position to give away, sell, or store my things. I was lucky to find this storage solution that was local and affordable. They are very wide open schedule wise, secure facilities, and family owned. I like supporting the local economy but moreover allowing the space fee to stay local and not go to some fat cats in some big city and can appreciate the hometown feel and excellent experience overall.”

“I felt compelled to write a review since the only other reviews on here are 1 star and this place definitely deserves more than that. I used U-haul's moving containers/pods to move from California to Idaho. This the service where you pack and they ship them to you. My guaranteed delivery date to my home was December 15th. I had family members arriving that same day to help unpack. Unfortunately, this location was a bit understaffed that day so they could not deliver my containers until the 16th. This was not the best news because the containers had our guest bed that my in laws were supposed to sleep in on the night of the 15th. I spoke with the General Manager Jon (I forget his last name), and he was more than willing to work with me. I offered to pick up the container myself if they lent me a trailer that I could pull behind my truck. John agreed and that's what I did. I ended up going back after unloading that container and picking up another trailer with my last two containers and a Uhaul truck that could pull the large trailer for FREE. Now, Jon made this happen and really saved Uhaul's reputation in my opinion because I was a bit irritated that corporate did not first check to see if they could actually fulfill their promise on the guaranteed delivery date. This location deserves 4 stars because of Jon's great customer service. The only reason I'm not giving this location 5 stars is because there is a gentlemen there who works under Jon that makes it known he doesn't want to be there by his sh*ty attitude... I won't name names though because he looks like he really needs the job.”

“12/10 storage unit and customer service!! If I wasn’t moving away I’d get a bigger unit from Glacier West!!!I have had this storage unit since 2017 before it became Glacier West! I lived far from my unit and didn’t visit often but they made the transition SO easy!! They installed gates with keypad access and app access! They also installed new doors and put a new lock on my unit and were so kind to me when I took months to pick the keys and code up! They gave me the app They even let me keep the lock and keys that went with my unit! , keys, and code all together it was quick, easy, and painless! They have insurance on the units which wasn’t an option before! Glacier West allow you to visit the units until 10 PM so I was there late cleaning out my unit one night and forgot to call and let them know I left. I got a call from the wonderful front desk woman (so sorry I cannot remember her name) and she asked if I had moved out! I was so apologetic that I didn’t call and she was so kind and mentioned they can schedule a move out for you which was news to me!”
