“For my small project they weren't communicative. I wanted a side menu like the ones in the Duda template. They asked for the payment up front, then after payment I didn't hear anything from them. No eta...no nothing. I had to reach out to find out if they had started the project or was it already completed because no one communicated to me after I sent the payment.Finally after a few weeks someone reached out advised it was complete, but it wasn't what I asked for. It was a stationary side menu, but I wanted one that slides independently (like on Duda's template). They advised that what I wanted would cost a lot of money, and when I suggested something different...like just a frame that slides, I received no response.So in short, I'm sure they do good work for large clients, but for my small project, they were bad communicators, and they didn't seem to set the correct expectations before the project began.------- Update --------Olive Street did contact me and realize that things could've been communicated better and had their developer contact me to see if there were any other solutions. Although the developer wasn't able to provide any solutions, I am editing the review from 2 stars to 4 stars on the principle that at least they reached out and attempted.”

“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”
