“I was looking for a certain retired bracelet about a month ago and contacted the Store Manager, Jeannie, via the phone and she was of great assistance to me in keeping me informed as to when the bracelet would arrive at her location. This was a good month before it would be there. She promised to notify me as soon as it came in the store and followed up when it did arrive. Jeannie was wonderful in handling the entire transaction and taking the order over the phone as well as promptly shipping it out to me in a very well packaged manner.
