I don't understand the Walmart app and when I asked for help. They act like they didn't know how to explain it to me.

The extensive homeless encampments is why I hate to shop here. There has been a black mustang with 3 year expired plates literally parked under the “no parking overnight” sign for ages. Also vans park there and tie cats to their bumper. You guys need to enforce this especially after all the paving
