“We were driving thru Belvidere on our way to the River when the belt broke on my 2016 CRV, and the water pump froze. Found Alex’s Auto on Google & called. This was 1 pm on a Saturday. Alex told me his shop closes at 3 on Saturdays, and that he wasn't sure he could find parts & get it fixed before closing. I explained we were on a road trip & desperate. He said he would try to help. He arranged a tow truck, and drove his car out to pick up the three of us travellers. He & his staff were so kind to us… they went to work & by 3:30 pm he was finished. He charged such a fair price and we were on our way in no time. I am so appreciative & wish I lived closer so I could use their services again! Great job !!”
