“We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome.
