“They saved my dog! My elder dog was on saturday for vaccination at Banfield in Hoffman Estates. When i picked her up she was very week. 4 hrs later she collapsed and i swear she met jesus. I rused her back to Banfield in Hoffman Estates,went inside crying and begging them and they said we cannot help her got to emergency. I took her to emergency they gave her shot of steroid,she was bit better but next day she started vomiting,peeing blood ,stop eating and drinking water. Monday morning i called again Hoffman estates and they said take her somewhere else we are busy ? I then called Bloomimgdale and they saod bring her in right away. They did iv all day,tests medication and brought her back from the other side of the rainbow i swear! I own my dogs live to them!!!❤️❤️❤️ Bless you all,thats what hospital should be and all other location should take notes from bloomingdale. Thank you again”

“We have been going to Danada Vet for the past 6 years with our dogs and every visit we have has been nothing but wonderful. Our most recent experience was unlike anything I could imagine. One of our dogs dog sick very suddenly and we had to bring her in as an emergency although the clinics schedule was full that day they were still able to squeeze us in and get our dog seen right away. We were seen by Dr. Wallach and there is no way I can thank her enough for the exceptional care she gave our dog. Although the situation did not turn out the best in the end, our dog ended up passing away a few days later due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, it was Dr. Wallach who stood out the most. She had some blood drawn on my dog and other tests and we brought her home waiting for results. Later that night we received a call from Dr. Wallach with the blood work results with bad news. She told us to bring her in to a nearby emergency vet because the blood work looked so bad she was worried our dog wouldn’t survive the night. I remember hearing those words and they hit like a ton of bricks. I was speechless and sat there in silence on the phone for what seemed like an eternity. Dr. Wallach’s calming voice and tone are the only thing that kept me from falling apart that night. She sat on the phone with me and answered every question I had and let me take my time processing everything that she was saying. I don’t think she knows how big of an impact that one call made but just having someone who cares so much and has such love for animals on top of being so kind and caring not even to the pets but also to humans truly shows that Danada is not just your typical vet clinic, they go above and beyond. This is the reason we still take our pets to Danada even though we like 45 minutes away. They are worth the drive to have the best possible care for your pets no matter the distance.”

The office atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I cannot recommend enough!The pics show my 18 year old Super Senior, Izzie, getting her weekly acupuncture, chiropractic, and cold laser therapy. This along with medication and herbs, help manage her arthritis pain and chronic kidney disease. We are very fortunate to have them so close by.Prices are slightly higher than the high traffic vets around, but the care and service we receive is more than worth it. I wish more vets were like The Whole Pet and offered the holistic services and care.”

I used them most recently to get my puppy neutered because my regular vet had an injury and wasn't able to do surgery for a while. They were over 10% more expensive than my usual vet. Granted, my usual vet has a much more modest space, but it's still clean and the staff is great. So if cost is no object.....”

With the amount of positive reviews this clinic has received I decided to give it a go and honestly it’s been the best experience.The clinic is very small but everyone whether front desk, vet tech or veterinarian is very friendly and helpful. The only veterinarian that saw my pup was Dr. Franklin and boy oh boy was she amazing. This was the first time I have encountered a veterinarian who not only cared for the patient but the clients as well.For reference, I went in with my pup since she had some crusty looking skin on her hind legs. Being the worrisome dog mom I just had to take her in in case it was something more serious. Dr. Franklin checked her out and laid out ALL options of what we could do about her skin. She talked about least invasive to most invasive options, mentioned rough pricing, as well as gave her input on what she would recommend doing with what she saw. Dr. Franklin did an amazing job explaining everything and really took the time to answer any questions/concerns we had.Additionally, the pricing of the clinic is truly not bad and it makes it worth while knowing your pet is in good knowledgeable hands.I would recommend this veterinary hospital especially if you are looking for a smaller and quieter office.”

“I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from reception. Dr. Pfeiffer was amazing when handling our kitten, but we have rescheduled his neuter procedure 3 separate times. He was supposed to come in on the 6th for his procedure, which is the latest they would honor his blood work, and the doctor is injured and unable to complete the procedure. Now we spent 3 months waiting on appointments for him to get fixed, and now we have to completely restart because no other places will honor his blood work since it was done so long ago. Obviously life happens and people get hurt or sick, but it’s been ridiculous trying to work with them because I don’t get a call until the day before he’s supposed to have his procedure. The blonde vet tech (I believe her name is Natalie) just seems to not care.Update: they did reach out and make things right, I missed a call while I was at work from Dr. DeCraene who was very apologetic and understanding. We were able to get our kitty scheduled somewhere else that was recommended to us.”

“We had a minor emergency (infection) and Elk Grove was the only vet who had room to see our dog. They were kind, patient, and really listened. I felt like my dog mattered to them, and they helped us when we really needed help. We've since said goodbye to our old vet and switched. We've done a full wellness exam and our experience was good. I think they are especially trustworthy because they are an independent clinic- no corporate buy outs. I'm so happy we found them.”

“My furbaby isn't scheduled until Feb but the liaisons that have been helping me through this so far have been great. They are very informative, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. They sent all of the paperwork for tests prior to his appt to me and to my vet so we know exactly what to do to get him prepared for his visit. My baby had his treatment and I couldn't be happier with everyone involved. Angela was excellent in working with my vet to get all of hus tests and xrays done so he could keep his appt. Plus in case they didn't get them dine in time she held a spot for him in the next rotation. Angela kept in contact with me and even called to let me know everything was received and he was ready to go. At Radiocat Laura too was excellent. She was great with him and text me daily on his progress plus she answered any and all questions without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my furbaby.”

We only stopped coming because we moved to Texas. Big shout out to Karen and Julie who treated Finley like he was their own when he was being boarded. Knowing I was leaving him somewhere safe and reliable made traveling easier. Prices are standard for vets and they try to do everything they can do help out such as vaccine discounts on certain days.
