“Constitution Storage has been a longtime choice for Seedling Theatre to meet our storage needs. Its central location and choices of units, climate controlled and not climate controlled, are exactly what our group needs. The staff is efficient and friendly. And the cost is competitive. A great combination right here in town!”

“Using a self storage facility is never an ideal situation, but life sometimes requires this solution and PROFESSIONAL SELF STORAGE could not be more convenient, clean, and a true value for money. The ability to drive a moving truck into the climate controlled facility for loading and unloading makes the weather irrelevant for moving in or moving out. 24-hour access with a personal access code makes this storage solution the next best thing to my own basement. Jo-Anna is so helpful and understanding of all my changing storage needs.”

“Easy rental process, fast and efficient customer service, and easy, state-of-the art technology to get in and out of the facilities. “Lawn and garden sales, service, and repairs. Good brands for sale, and service is always well done. Modest but good selection of quality lawn products and helpful staff. You can get your propane tanks refilled at a better price than at the propane tank exchanges at gas stations, too.”

“the units are nice and very secure however I am not pleased with how I had no choice in purchasing a new lock when I had one from last year. I was told to send a request to local to caretaker with picture of my lock and insurance proof and have not heard back or received credit”

“I had an appointment to have my hitch installed here, they were incredibly easy to work with - called me a week ahead of the appointment to go over everything and answer any questions I had, they were knowledgeable and friendly, very courteous and got my vehicle in and out in the time they said they would. I would 100% recommend this location for hitch installations.”

“Review written 02/09/2026. They let me pick up truck early a few minutes before they opened at 7am they welcomed me in. Truck pickup went smoothly. They had truck pulled up and ready. They had 1 way truck availability here whereas all locations in Champaign Urbana had no availability for 1 way trucks for months anytime I tried to make a reservation. So I recommend this Bloomington Normal location as a pickup choice. Just note there was a sheet of ice in part of parking lot (see photo), so be careful Also note, they may not have a lock on back of truck latch, so you may need to be aware of this and ask about this and buy a lock , otherwise anyone could open back of truck and steal items”
