After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”
“I recently had my car serviced at Hollywood Motors. They have serviced both my last car and this current one that had a problem with not only the battery but a fuel pump or something like that that I don’t understand the technical jargon but now my car is purring like a kitten. It occurred to me that for years I had been getting oil changes at a different place and Hollywood Motors does that service as well so from now on they will be the only people that will ever service my car because they do everything and it’s close to my house. Also the people there have all been working there along time and that alone tells you something about a business. That is is nice place to work ! They are also trustworthy which is important to me, because like a lot of women I don’t know much about cars but they do !! I’m a loyal customer for as long as I’m able to drive. I’m getting older so I want a safe vehicle in good shape!! Thanks Ragu! You and your team are amazing!!”

“Called in the middle of a recent snow storm about an hour before close because I found a bolt in my tire. Every other shop was full and not taking any customers for a patch. Called Brookfield Auto and they told me to come right over. I was in and out in about 15-20 mins. Very very reasonably priced. Very happy with them and I will definitely be back.”
