“This is the 3rd time we’ve used factory plaza for countertops, and each time was a great experience. We’ve researched other places, but they have the widest selection and best prices we’ve found. Most recently we worked with Irene, who helped us get our kitchen, office and bathroom countertops measured and installed super quickly. We didn’t have availability to go in person, but she sent us pictures of a number of different slabs, which was really convenient. We highly recommend this place.”
“After purchasing cabinets, I have made multiple trips back there and the service is consistently great! The man who loads my car up each time is especially helpful!”
“I recently had my new kitchen granite installed by this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were extremely professional, efficient, and punctual. I appreciated how receptive they were to my suggestions throughout the process. The installation was seamless, and the team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Jarek/Jay was especially helpful during the process even upon completion of the project his follow through is greatly appreciated!”

“This is our 2nd major renovation working with SMG and they’ve been great both times! My wife is an interior designer and does some pretty crazy, creative, things (on a budget) and the guys at SMG are always up for the challenge and really bring her visions to life. These are some of the bathroom, kitchen, and pantry pics with the new countertops, counter splashes, and some accents! Great job SMG!!!”
“I must have bought about 10 kitchens from MK. I always dealt with Kathy and Tina good people, very easy to work with. You won't go wrong here plenty of options and prices are very competitive.”
“I would absolutely use AMF again. I’ve had a hard time finding a good quality fabricator in Chicagoland, and AMF did a truly excellent job. Measurements were exact, the stone selections were vast, and the install team was full of pros. Price was right, and they even traveled to Michigan for the job. Look no further than AMF!”
“This place is just the best. The prices and selection are as good as and often better than big box stores, and the service is on an entirely different level. They do not hesitate to help with anything you need, from locating items to giving input on products to loading the car. Such a gem!”
“B&B did a great job creating the granite counters for my new large kitchen. John gave me expert guidance on a very complex project. He also helped me meet my budget by using granite they already had in their large collection. The workmen were highly skilled and a pleasure to interact with. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
“Excellent online (Webstore) customer service!!!
I have ordered several times with The Faucet Shoppe's online store. They always deliver as promised.
Case in point -- my most recent order was delivered to me in a damaged and partially opened box, with some of the component pieces missing. A call to customer service (Alex, Abby and Amanda) resolved the issue by sending me the replacement components ASAP. Well done!
Update: One of the parts that I ordered from The Faucet Shoppe was defective. Customer Service did a terrific job (again) at resolving the matter to my satisfaction. Bravo (again) to the team.”
“After starting our project with a contractor who we quickly found was in over his head, we were thankfully introduced to Dino at Hi-Tech Builders Dor. He immediately turned things around for us and we never looked back. Dino knows how to get things done quickly, reliably and affordably. We did a full interior rehab job on a 3 bdrm house and he took care of everything from cabinet installation, flooring removal and installation, bathroom remodeling, closet construction, high-quality interior painting and more. His team moved quickly to meet our timeline. He was always responsive to communication. I recommend Dino and Hi-Tech Builders Dor Inc. for anyone who wants it done right the first time.”
“I went there a while ago to get some parts for my shower faucet and valve. These guys know their stuff, and are happy to give you some really solid advice when you need it most. I definitely recommend using Elmwood Supply!”

“Originally went to Home Depot. Prices were outrageous. Was referred to Bison's for kitchen cabinets. My husband and I were astonished by the pricing. Not only was the price reasonable, David totally redesigned our kitchen. David created a more functional design for us.We ordered the maple rye cabinets by Waypoint. They are simply gorgeous and phenomenal quality. However, there was one problem which does not change the 5 stars. One set of cabinets measurements were transposed. We had to wait almost two weeks for the correct size cabinets to be delivered. Dave personally took care of this occurrence. Dave's professionalism goes far and beyond. He provided a portfolio of the new design which was awesome. Thanks David for everything!”

“Marc and his team did an amazing job for my Kitchen countertop and i am doing a second project for the bathroom. Marc is amazing, kind, cheerful and a great man overall. Sometimes things might take more time and run a bit late but i won't hold that against him, he is a busy man! :) The Kitchen countertops came out amazing and as i wanted them. Marc pays attention to details when it comes to artistic designs.”
“WOW! I was truly amazed at the recent transformation of my dingy looking porcelain tub. I thought there was no hope of it ever looking better, until I was referred to Ugly Tub. Excellent customer service in the office and from my technician. Both very professional. Very neat job done with written explanations of how to care for the new tub finish. Reasonable cost. I am highly pleased and recommend this company!”

“Huge showroom with lots of different brands. Nice displays that give you ideas. Not as much designed spaces or corners like other studio41s I’ve visited but they seem to carry more variety of brands on this site. One of the consultants, Joshua, was kind enough to answer my questions and explained my inquiries. Some of the items are on sale which is a plus.”
“I’m extremely happy with my experience with Advanced Cabinets. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail.
A special thank you to Gosia, who did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Advanced Cabinets to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality kitchen cabinetry.”
