“Tech arrived within the defined window and was able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. In the end I ended up not doing the repair b/c it exceeded the cost of the actual dishwasher, but the tech was really helpful in giving advice on selecting a new appliance that had better reliability (previous one was a GE from 2019). Tech also gave some advice to help me save some money, which was very appreciated. Great experience overall. Will have them back to install the new dishwasher in a couple weeks.”
