He quoted me a fair price over the phone and was able to accommodate me by getting them done right away when they opened so I could get to another appointment. He was right on time to open the shop and the job was done sooner than expected. The price was honored that we discussed over the the phone and he didnt charge me to use my credit card like the last shop I visited. Honest and kind guy. My car stopped running, took it to another mechanic by my home and they told me I needed a brand new engine and unwilling to put in a used or rebuilt engine in my old 2013 Spark, for a huge price that I couldn't afford. Somebody that my son knew recommended Triple A and we had the car towed to their shop. Moe & Q were phenomenal! They put in a good low mileaged used engine at a fraction of the price. My car and even my car's a/c now runs better than before. These guys are the real deal!”

“Went in to get my back light replaced. The cost was $28 but the receptionist helped me get a $20 discount for getting an insurance quote, which was amazing! The woman I talked to for the quote was so sweet and helpful (and a fellow virgo haha), and the repairmen ended up replacing 4-5 lightbulbs for the price of one! My total was 8 and some change for superb service! I'd definitely come again and refer anyone I know to this location :)”

I changed my daughter’s passenger side wheel bearing on her 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Knowing it would need an alignment, I called before replacing the wheel bearing. Got it fixed and brought it to PepBoys. They get me in and out in under an hour! Super happy with PepBoys and it was my first time using them. Car drives straight! Great experience and I highly recommend them!”

“I stopped in there because of a rattle I was hearing going over bumps and Jay took it for a test drive and he told me it was my back passages strut that was no good and also he noticed my brake pedal was going to the floor so he inspected my brakes and they just needed to be bleed. Highly recommend this place. Jay treated me great and honest. Also great price. Will be returning to pit stop for future work for my car.”
