car broken into on Saturday night, window broken out, no cameras, not safe. when we exited lot, didn't even have to scan that we paid, the exit arm just went up, seems like anyone can go in and out without paying.

My car was hit by another vehicle who backed into me. I have been calling repeatedly to report the time so that the cameras could be checked and have received no answer. Will keep calling.

Tried to take the stairs to exit and couldn't get past one level as there was a person "living" there...landing completely blocked, he got up to approach and we ran up the stairs and found another way out. They should have control of the property
