“I was the unfortunate recipient of an object in my tire on the highway and immediately pulled off the road at the next exit to assess the situation. My wife quickly got on the phone and was lucky enough to find bulk tire and repair Solutions phone number and they were less than two blocks away. It was early in the morning and the beginning of their work day but Bryan answered the phone and assured us he could get us handled and back on the road. True to his word when we pulled in his parking lot his Tech Robert immediately grab my keys and began pulling in the vehicle to address the tire issue. Robert was quick to find the leak but didn't stop there he continued to inspect the tire and found out there was a second screw in the tire and promptly fixed them both. I was grateful that they use a plug and patch for the repair which is the only permanent way to correctly fix a tire. I appreciated Robert's attention to detail and Bryan's willingness to get us right in and back on the road. If you're ever in the area I would recommend giving bulk tire and repair Solutions a try. Shops like this are truly Diamonds in the Rough. I know if you give them a chance you won't be disappointed.Thanks”

“I called on New Year’s Day at 5pm for roadside service. Asked if they were open, the gentleman laughed and said, “we’re always open.” Service was top tier. My driver called me at 4:55pm informing me of the blowout. Two drives changed, and driver back on the road by 7pm! You can’t get in and out that fast if you drive to ANY tire shop, much less a road call. Extremely impressed and thankful.”
